Plaintiff appeals from a judgment maintaining exceptions of lis pendens and prematurity to his suit for the balance due on a promissory note. The note provides that payments be made at the plaintiff's residence on the first day of each month, commencing on April 1, 1973, and thereafter on the first day of each succeeding month.
