Basing its claim for relief on an alleged denial of due process arising out of the government's seizure of its property pursuant to the provisions of the Tariff Act of 1930, § 603, 19 U.S.C. § 1603, Charles Naywert, Ltd., (hereinafter Naywert), the claimant herein, has moved the court for an order granting summary judgment on its behalf.
