The appellant Max O'Donnal pled guilty to an information charging the unlawful possession of heroin and to one count of an indictment charging the unlawful sale of heroin. His plea was accepted by the trial court, and he was sentenced to confinement for not less than five nor more than seven years for the unlawful possession of heroin and not less than 15 nor more than 20 years on the unlawful sale of heroin...
