LEVENTHAL, Circuit Judge:

Appellant James Thompson was convicted of possession of heroin with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S. C. § 841(a) (1). We affirm. In this opinion we consider appellant's contentions that evidence seized in violation of the Fourth Amendment was improperly admitted at trial and that the evidence of appellant's constructive possession of narcotics was insufficient.
