Plaintiff, alleging that she is the administratrix with the will annexed of the estate of Esther Baker, deceased, brought suit against Edna Burke and Milton Brown to compel defendants (1) to convey certain residential property to plaintiff and four other heirs at law of the decedent, and (2) to account for rents and profits allegedly due plaintiff on account of defendants' possession and control of the subject property since 1967.
