Plaintiff, Doyle Vacuum Cleaner Company, brought an action against defendants herein claiming that they were responsible for damage to plaintiff's building. In December 1972 a ten-day jury trial was had. The jury returned a verdict of no cause of action in favor of defendants. Thereafter, plaintiff moved for a new trial claiming errors had occurred in the instructions, the disallowance of certain rebuttal testimony, and by comments of the trial court...
