On 9 April 1973 in the Circuit Court for Frederick County, Mrs. Linda Joan Just, the appellee, filed a petition for a determination of paternity and support. The petition and affidavit attached thereto alleged, among other things, that Mrs. Just and the appellant, Roy Leo Angell, although not married to each other, had engaged in sexual relations beginning in the fall of 1961 or 1962 and continuing until 8 October...
