Actions for personal injuries by husband and wife who were paying passengers in a limousine operated by the defendant, a common carrier, through its agent Lemay. The limousine struck the rear of a bread truck on Interstate 93 in Andover, Massachusetts, on June 25, 1971. The parties agreed that New Hampshire law was to govern these actions.
