FORT, Judge.

This is a declaratory judgment action brought against certain-named officials of various county governments. Plaintiffs are bail bondsmen. In four separate counts, they attack, on various constitutional grounds, ORS 135.230-135.295, generally and certain specific portions thereof. Defendants demurred to each count on the ground it failed to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. ORS 16.260(6). The trial court sustained each demurrer....
