In this petition for a writ of habeas corpus, Steven Earl Squire challenges his conviction for disorderly conduct in the Corporation Court for the City of Charlottesville, Virginia on October 13, 1972, for which he was sentenced to serve a term of four months in jail and pay a fine of $600.
