This is an appeal from a judgment awarding plaintiff-appellee First National Bank of Santa Fe (hereafter Bank) the amount of $30,000 plus interest and attorney's fees on its claim based on two $15,000 promissory notes, a continuing guarantee, and a $30,000 note which was an extension of the two $15,000 notes.
