Defendants Bruce F. Nelson and Randy T. Scott appeal from a judgment of conviction of drag racing (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-504) entered in the Circuit Court of Whiteside County. A $100 fine and costs were assessed against each defendant.
