TYSON, Judge.

The Grand Jury of Lee County, Alabama, charged Norman Barnett with the unlawful sale of Methylenedioxy Amphetamine (MDA) in violation of the Alabama Uniform Controlled Substances Act.1

The Jury found the appellant guilty as charged, but declined to assess a fine, as provided in the Act, and the trial court sentenced the appellant to fifteen years imprisonment.
