The questions presented in this case relate to jury misconduct. Appellants, as plaintiffs, brought this suit for personal injuries from an automobile accident, and the jury by their answers to special issues found that the defendant was not guilty of any negligence and that the plaintiff was injured in the amount of $10,000.00.
