1. The defendant appeals from his conviction for arson. The first enumerated error is the overruling of his motion to prohibit the state from calling any witnesses on the ground that in response to his Code Ann. § 27-1403 demand for a list of witnesses "on whose testimony the charge against him is founded" the state gave him a list of 98 witnesses.
