Lucille Marlow, (Mrs. Marlow), one of the appellants, is a tragic person. She is currently a patient in the Baltimore City Hospital because she is cortically blind and totally and permanently incompetent. Through her guardian Mrs. Marlow filed a suit against Dr. Cenap S. Dorkan (Dr. Dorkan), Dr. Michele Cerino (Dr. Cerino) and South Baltimore General Hospital (S.B.G.H.) in which she alleged that her current condition...
