This is a suit seeking compensation for alleged negligent damage to plaintiff's property arising out of the execution of two contracts for renovation of plaintiff's home. Named as defendants in the original petition were John D. Cantey, a building contractor, and J. Daniel Beszborn, an ornamental iron worker, doing business as Beszborn, Ltd. Plaintiff subsequently amended her petition to include as a defendant Beszborn, Ltd., a Louisiana corporation...
