This action of assumpsit was brought by plaintiff, Keystone Personnel, Inc., trading as Kogen Personnel, to recover from defendant, Bright Stores, Inc., an employment placement fee. Defendant has filed preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer and has challenged plaintiff's right to bring the action in Lehigh County. Those preliminary objections are now before the court for disposition.
