In the two vehicle collision which gave rise to this litigation, Leslie Laird sustained injuries while riding as a passenger in a panel truck driven by Adrian W. Ballam. Laird and Ballam were employees of Dick Evans, Inc., the owner of the truck. The other vehicle involved in the accident was owned and operated by Floyd J.
