Plaintiff filed a two-count complaint for personal injuries alleging in count I defendant's negligence and in count II his willful and wanton misconduct. At the close of plaintiff's case, the trial court granted defendant's motion to strike and dismiss count II, but reserved ruling on defendant's motion for a directed verdict on count...
