This is an action for damages for breach of warranties following the failure of an "air-supported" warehouse. The complaint named as defendants both Sargent Industries, Inc., a California corporation engaged in the manufacture and sale of air-supported structures, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Industrial Covers, Inc., another California corporation.
