REARDON, J.
The defendant argued exceptions in the Appeals Court, alleging errors in the proceedings leading to his commitment as a sexually dangerous person under G.L.c. 123A, § 6. The Appeals Court sustained his exceptions with respect to both the admission of hearsay evidence and the denial of his right to invoke the psychotherapist-patient privilege under G.L.c. 233, § 20B. Commonwealth v. Lamb, Mass. App. Ct. (1973).
