Curtis Building Company, the appellant herein, owns six contiguous lots in Upper Gwynedd Township, each lot being approximately 20 feet wide by 125 feet deep. These six lots have been held in single and separate ownership prior to the enactment of a zoning ordinance in Upper Gwynedd Township, although appellant did purchase the lots after the zoning ordinance was in effect.
