SAMUEL, Judge.

On or about April 17, 1973 plaintiff herein and a William A. Doyle were involved in an automobile collision in the Parish of Jefferson. At the time of the accident plaintiff was not covered by a policy of liability insurance. Both drivers reported the accident to the Department of Public Safety. In due course the Department issued an order suspending plaintiff's driver's license and registration unless she deposited security in the amount of $270.83...
