The State appeals from a judgment of the Court of Appeals reversing the defendant's conviction on one count of first-degree assault. That opinion in State v. Odom, 8 Wn.App. 180, 504 P.2d 1186 (1973), affirmed the defendant's conviction on three other counts of first-degree assault.
