This is an appeal by defendant Eriksson from $7000. judgment against it in favor of plaintiffs Crooks, in a suit for damages for breach of warranty of title.

Plaintiffs Crooks sued defendants Eriksson and Sunnyvale Building Corporation for damages allegedly suffered by plaintiffs as the result of the sale of 1.832 acres to plaintiffs by defendants on August 11, 1971. Plaintiffs alleged breach of warranty of title...
