"The Grand Jury of said County charge, that, before the finding of this indictment B. F. Moseley alias Freddie Moseley, whose name is to the Grand Jury otherwise unknown than as stated, did with intent to defraud, falsely pretend to Reita Cantin that he was F. Murphy, and, by means of such false pretense, attempted to obtain from said Reita Cantin...
