Appeal from a conviction upon an amended information for stealing over $50.00. The information was amended to allege a prior felony conviction. Defendant was sentenced to the custody of the Department of Corrections for a term of 5 years. No challenge being made to the sufficiency of the evidence, the facts are briefly stated.
