Seelig and Kleinman appeal from their convictions for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 846. In addition, Kleinman appeals individually from his conviction for the substantive offense of possession with intent to distribute the contraband in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(a)(1). Kleinman challenges the latter conviction on the basis of insufficient evidence, and Seelig contends that...
