The petitioners filed their petition for special action in this Court urging that the respondent trial judge lacked jurisdiction to proceed in the matter pending in the trial court and requesting that the respondent judge be directed to vacate a preliminary injunction previously issued and enter an order dismissing the complaint filed by the respondent real party in interest.
