In what will be an unsuccessful attempt to obtain a new trial on the issue of damages in a condemnation proceeding, appellant, the Board of Education of Montgomery County (the Board), here objects to testimony of the owner as to what he paid for the whole tract and, also, to testimony of one of the owner's appraisers relative to what he considered to be an integral part of fair market value, namely the value of the income...
