BOOCHEVER, Justice.

In this case we consider whether a prisoner has a right to represent himself in post-conviction relief proceedings.

Petitioner Jack Jeffrey McCracken filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the court below, and the judge below issued an order to show cause why a writ of habeas corpus should not issue.
