This is a habeas corpus proceeding. It is brought by the father of Anna Laura Anderson, born May 25, 1966. The plaintiff, Mr. Anderson, seeks an order directing the defendant, Mrs. Anderson, to release Anna to him in compliance with the terms of a custody decree entered by a district court in Minnesota.
