Plaintiff and defendant entered into a collective bargaining agreement which was silent as to the carrier from which health insurance coverage was to be obtained. On this and another issue the defendant instituted compulsory arbitration proceedings, pursuant to MCLA 423.231 et seq; MSA 17.455(31) et seq., in June of 1971.

Findings of fact, opinion and an order were issued by the arbitration...
