SNEAD, Chief Justice.

Defendant, Frank Clinton Anderson, was tried by a jury and found guilty as a principal in the second degree of distributing marijuana, a controlled drug. He was sentenced to a term of five years in the State Penitentiary, and we granted him a writ of error.
