The plaintiff brought an action in the nature of interpleader to the Circuit Court. It named as defendants Alpha Employment Agency, Inc., hereinafter called Alpha, and S-H-S International of New Haven, hereinafter called S-H-S. The action was brought to determine the rights of these defendants to an employment agency fee.
