No. 745SC791.

209 S.E.2d 388 (1974)

23 N.C. App. 557

STATE of North Carolina v. Phillip ALDERMAN.

Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

Certiorari Denied December 30, 1974.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Atty. Gen. James H. Carson, Jr., by Asst. Atty. Gen. Keith L. Jarvis, Raleigh, for the State.

Gary E. Trawick, Burgaw, for defendant appellant.

Certiorari Denied by Supreme Court December 30, 1974.

BRITT, Judge.

The sole assignment of error brought forward and argued in defendant's brief is that the court erred in not granting his motions for nonsuit. He contends that while the evidence was sufficient to show that the offense charged was committed, the evidence was insufficient to show that defendant was the person, or one of the persons, who committed the offense.
