CONNOR, Justice.

This is a disciplinary proceeding against an attorney, Stanley P. Cornelius (hereinafter referred to as respondent). The trial committee of the Alaska Bar Association recommended, and such recommendations were adopted by the Board of Governors of the Bar Association, that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for up to 42 months...
