Defendant, Crowley Yarbrough, appeals from the judgment on a jury verdict entered by the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis convicting him with the offense of exhibiting a deadly weapon in a rude, angry, and threatening manner, § 564.610, RSMo 1967, V.A.M.S. The defendant was sentenced by the court to three years in the custody of the Department of Corrections pursuant to the Second Offender Act, § 556.280, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S. We affirm...
