PER CURIAM.

On June 11, 1973, defendant Oscar L. Sanders was convicted upon his plea of guilty to the crime of conspiracy to commit larceny from a person, MCLA 750.157a; MSA 28.354(1); MCLA 750.357; MSA 28.589. He was sentenced to a term of from six to ten years in prison, and now appeals as of right.
