Appellants were indicated by a federal grand jury in the State of New Mexico for bribing a government official in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 201(b)(1), and committing perjury before a grand jury of the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1623(a). Subsequently appellants were convicted by a jury on all counts of the indictment.
