In an opinion, Docket #12661, November 29, 1972, the Court of Appeals reversed a jury verdict of no cause of action in the instant case, and granted judgment n.o.v. in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,464.80. We granted leave to determine the correctness of such action.
