This is an appeal from a final judgment entered upon grant of the motion of appellees (defendants below) for judgment on the pleadings. By their complaint, appellants sought an injunction, based upon restrictive covenants in appellee's deed, to require appellees to remove an out building from their lot. Appellees without filing an answer then filed their motion for judgment on the pleadings.
