OPINION BY SPAETH, J., June 21, 1974:

This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from an order suppressing the results of a breathalyzer test.

The facts may be summarized as follows: On July 24, 1972, at about 9:30 a.m., a Doylestown Borough police officer was dispatched by police radio to the scene of a two car accident.
