This is an appeal from two orders awarding temporary alimony and child support and temporary attorneys' fees to the plaintiff-counter defendant, Eloise Popeil (hereinafter the plaintiff). The defendant-counter plaintiff, Samuel Popeil (hereinafter the defendant), appeals on the grounds that he was denied both discovery of the plaintiff and a hearing on probable cause on his countercomplaint...
