ELLIS, Judge:

This is a suit on open account for gas, oil, supplies and services furnished by plaintiff William R. Simon, doing business as Bill Simon's Esso, to defendant Swenson and Son's Contract Supply, Inc. After trial on the merits, judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff for $2,666.56, the full amount of his claim, and defendant has appealed.
