PER CURIAM:

Willie Young, Calvin Thomas and Harold Simon appeal from the denial of habeas corpus by the district court. The sole issue decided below was the voluntariness of the confessions which led to their 1960 Florida convictions for first-degree murder.1 In an earlier proceeding, we held that the delay in bringing these petitioners before a committing magistrate did not render their convictions
