This is an action arising under the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970, as amended (P.L. 92-210, 85 Stat. 743; December 22, 1971), 12 U.S.C. § 1904 note (the Act) and Exec. Order No. 11615, 3 C.F.R.1971 Comp., p. 199. Jurisdiction of the Court is invoked pursuant to §§ 210 and 211(a) of said Act. Counts 1 and 2 of plaintiff's Complaint allege claims for breach of contract and fraud and deceit...
