Forty-four cartons of men's Italian knit turtleneck sweaters, consigned by an Italian firm, DEPE, from Milan to Sue B. Fashions of New York City and valued at approximately $45,000, were stolen on November 25, 1973. On arrival at Lufthansa's facilities at John F. Kennedy Airport, the cartons had been loaded on a truck, belonging to Lance Airfreight Company, which was then driven...
