Appellants Maurice Brabham, Lee R. Ferguson, Leslie A. Spriggs and George Hockaday, were convicted in a jury trial of attempted armed robbery (D.C.Code 1973, § 22-2902). Appellants Brabham and Hockaday were also convicted of second degree murder (D.C.Code 1973, § 22-2403). There are three principal issues raised by the appellants: (1) whether prosecutorial misconduct, by the use of leading questions on direct examination, irreparably...
